From the gardens, Apple Tree cottage is entered via an entrance hallway, leading into the cosy open plan living, kitchen and dining area, with beamed ceilings, stone walls, tiled floor and woodland views.

The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped with solid beech worktops, separate oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster and plenty of cupboard space for food storage. There is a dining area consisting of a wooden table and four chairs, leading through to the living area with a four seater corner sofa, flat screen TV & DVD, and WiFi.

Further storage space for beach bags, suitcases etc, can be found underneath the carpeted stairs, which lead to the first floor, and two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, both have plenty of storage space and views over the orchard and surrounding woodland.

Also situated on the first floor is the bathroom with a white suite of shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Outside, Aple Tree offers plenty of parking, has a courtyard garden for your use with a table, chairs and parasol. There is also a shed for more storage with sunloungers and a BBQ (Please clean after use).
